Tab Cantilever
The input fields in the row Distance on this page will specify the vertical distance to the overlaying horizontal unit, these are for example:
Observation Case |
Overlaying Horizontal Unit |
Contact wire in the cross span | Lower cross-span wire |
Messenger wire in the cross span | Upper cross-span wire |
Contact wire in the Multi track cross span | Lower horizontal tube/cross-span wire |
Messenger wire in the Multi track cross span | Upper horizontal tube |
Contact wire in the cantilever | Height of registration arm |
According to type of cantilever the register Cantilever offers different
options. Not editable fields are shown grayed.
- Options for cantilever: vertical clearance to the contact wire, length of the steady arm.
- Options for cross spans (see also head span support): vertical clearance to the contact wire and messenger wire, length of the steady arm, designs.
- Options for multi track cross arm 2: vertical clearance to the contact wire and messenger wire, length of the steady arm, designs, insulator of the dropper, Inclination of the insulator delimits (angle).
For the cross span and for the Multi track cross arm 2, the support point can be arranged as reference height support point. If another support point was the reference height support point before, it will loose this attribute, because only one reference height support point can exist at a cross span or Multi track cross arm 2. The heights of the other support points can be calculated by the reference height support point and the values from that dialog.
